I highly recommend Amy she is very professional and very knowlegable in divorce proceedings.I love the fact that day or night she was always available to answer any questions or guidance i needed. I hear alot of story's about lawyers not returning calls or not really being available at no time did ever feel that way with Miss Stutzke she truly goes above and beyond to make you feel like her only client.

My license is my lively hood with a slowing economy having to find new employment is getting harder with each day. I work for a construction company in which, keeping my license is my top priority but sometimes things can happen to harm that situation. I was stopped for an unfortunate no left turn at a traffic light. I was unfamiliar with the area and even after pleading my case to the officer, he didn’t want to hear my excuse, therefore was given a ticket for unsafe driving, which is a 4 point ticket in the state of New Jersey. I guess the cop was having a bad day. I received several tickets in the past and all the times I have tried to plea bargain with the prosecutors myself to try and not get any points at the same time. Some days you get lucky and some days you don’t. I didn’t want to chance this particular ticket because with the amount of points I already had on my abstract there was a very good chance I would lose my license if I were to occur points. This is when I did my research and appointed Amy Stutzke to represent me in this matter. She reinsured me that everything will be okay and there are ways to persuade the courts to possibly drop this moving violation down to a zero point ticket and pay a lesser fine. After she told me this, I felt better already. Finally, Court day comes and to my relief Amy Stutzke was able to speak to the prosecutor and successfully drop my 4 point Unsafe Driving ticket down to a Delaying Traffic Ticket which comes with no points and only a $90.00 Fine. I will be recommending you to my friends in need of you expertise. My case was settled without me lifting a finger! Thank You!

Amy Stutzke is a wonderful, precise and detailed attorney. I recently used her for a family court matter that had a long history. Amy worked hours upon hours on my cross motion until the entire picture was created. Her presentation was factual basis with many supporting exhibits, clearly written, and engaging. I can thank Amy for the superb response, I felt this really put me over on my adversary. Amy is very knowledgable and does not treat you like just another "case". She did an excellent job working on my divorce that was final yesterday. She is very knowledgeable about Court rules and writes her documents very well. I cannot say enough about her abilities. Our adversary in this matter gave her "Kudos" a few times in the work she did on my behalf. She is very smart and a worthy adversary against any lawyer. She worked tirelessly on my case- including a whole weekend when needed. She was always available when I had a question, no matter how minor it was. She clarified many terms for me since I don't speak legalease. My final support through Probation was very complicated and she helped the court officials to clarify the complexities and get it put into the system correctly. Ms. Stutzke is the most honorable, compasionate and caring attorney that I have ever worked with. Her knowledge and and foresight is clear from the onset. She listens with her heart and acts upon your issue with her legal knowledge. She is fun to be around and keeps a situation moving forward. In my opinion, her proactive approach and eye for detail was the catalyst that caused my ex-wife’s lawyer to seek a settlement instead of taking his chances in court against her.
