Best attorney for real estate. Real representation of clients.

I have used Usmaan’s counsel on two separate occasions and I have very happy with the services he provided. In the first case, he not only advised on the right course of action to pursue but also provided written guidance and scripts I could use to communicate with the other party. He was fair and upfront with his estimates and provided all the help within those estimates. With his help, I was able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. On the second occasion, the issue was a minor one where I had to respond to a query in a timely manner. He advised me that instead of using his services to answer the query, I should do it myself and then proceeded to not only give me the right forms but also spend time to give me directions on how to fill out the forms myself. His view was that as a lawyer he would be happy to do it for me for a fee but why pay the fee when I could easily do it myself. Such honesty, transparency, and selfless help is what I really appreciate about Usmaan.

We urgently needed a contract drawn up for a business acquisition. Diane followed through and delivered exceptional results within 36 hours. We had given her a one page draft of what we thought we needed, but she went above and beyond to provide us with a 12 page business contract that was thorough and comprehensive. Would HIGHLY recommend her for all contract needs and for a peace of mind when going through any sort of transaction! And I'd suggest you not give it a second thought, because her prices are SO reasonable. I believe it reflects her honesty and integrity. Have not worked with a kinder, yet competent lawyer. You won't regret it!

I took Diane’s services and it has been a frustrating experience. I felt that there was lack of planning and execution was not right. Beware as the price at agreed and invoiced could change without you knowing. I did not sign up for this and would not recommend
