They put me in collections from something I did 12 years ago I have no idea what’s it’s for.. It happened in my 20s when I was married..They put not only my bank account on hold but they also put my teenage daughters on hold.. you can’t get in-touch with anyone all the phone does is ring and ring… The fact they took my daughters money is absolutely disgusting. The fact they are coming after me years later with no warning but one letter and I tried to call and resolve it no answer.. As a lawyers office I didn’t think you allow to touch a child money since this is not her responsibility..

Doug “Dougie Fresh“. Was an excellent lawyer. He did a great job fighting for me and got us a decent settlement. I recommend them.

Horrible bunch of people.. best bunch of thieves around. Make sure you keep receipts of everything paid because they will make.you overpay

I would give this company a 0 if possible, ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING. I've reached out NUMEROUS times about a debt my university sent to collections, but it's been incredibly challenging to connect with anyone who can ACTUALLY ASSIST. Surprisingly, the receptionists are the ones who seem most helpful, not the designated debt collectors. It's frustrating, especially considering my numerous attempts to speak with someone. John, took down my email and rushed me off of the phone and that's been a reoccuring issue every time I can finally get him on the line. I hoped for a speedy resolution, but it's disappointing to think that this might be my only avenue for receiving proper assistance.
