I have been dealing with FSK for almost 10 years now and I am very disappointed. For the past month, I’ve been trying to reach out John Castiglone to update my account but no response. Once I was able to get through to him, I completed the necessary paperwork to have my files updated with new reoccurring payment information but no changes were made despite multiple follow ups via email and phone calls. Overall, my experience with FSK has been very unprofessional and they appear to be careless.

I received a reference for Attorney Doug from my therapy office due to an motor vehicle accident I was involved with. Perhaps the thing that impressed me most about Doug was nothing was sugar coated. He was straight forward and upfront every step of the way. He fought to the T to get me justice and compensated for my injures. I highly recommend this law firm and would definitely be using him again if need be. I will say take a chance you won't regret it.....I did
