I have been working with FSKS, specifically Brian Kincaid, since 2008 on matters concerning my separation and eventual divorce in 2012. Divorce is a very personal and extremely painful matter, but working with Brian through this entire difficult journey had been a blessing. The separation, divorce, and all post marital issues we have faced have been challenging, but Brian's counsel, positive outlook and unwavering support have made what was a horrifying divorce somewhat tolerable. Brian's positive demeanor, humor and his ability to lay out confusing issues in an understandable manner cannot be overstated. Together with his assistant Michelle (who herself has provided tremendous support to me over the years), Brian and team have been a shining light through this whole terrible ordeal. I am certain that I would not have received as positive a judgment from the courts if not for Brian's solid work on my behalf. I consider Brian both good counsel and a good friend, and I value my relationship with him on both levels.
