I've served in Law Enforcement for over twenty-five years. My last ten years were spent as a Detective and then Detective Supervisor at the Morris County (NJ) Prosecutor's Office. Part of my tenure at the Prosecutor's Office included sworn service during the entire administration of then Prosecutor Robert A. Bianchi and former Assistant Prosecutor David Bruno. While I've served many Chiefs of Police and administrations, but none so professional, knowledgeable, and honorable as both Prosecutor Bianchi and Assistant Prosecutor David Bruno. Both are highly skilled in the tactical and strategic application of the law, a complete and focused understanding of the case facts and circumstances, not to forget their profound and intense service to their clients. Ending my law enforcement career in August 2013, I now serve many defense attorneys on high-profile cases both as a private detective and polygraph examiner and conduct polygraph examinations for such agencies as the Federal Government and The Legal Aid Society. Meaning that I maintain continual and professional contact with many defense attorneys. Still, and now acting in my current capacity for the defense and court communities, none stand out as well as my former associates, Bob and Dave, previously in a law enforcement capacity and now part of the defense community. While I continue to serve both Bob and Dave in a polygraph and private detective function, I would highly recommend anyone seeking legal advisement need not search beyond The Bianchi Law Group, LLC.

David Bruno and the Bianchi Law Group is the obvious choice, given their credentials, recommendations, and reviews. Their response time was almost immediate, as were all subsequent calls throughout the duration of the case. They listened and understood my frustration. The legal system is difficult to navigate making it very possible for an innocent person to get dragged thru the mud. I had confidence in the quality of my representation from the very start. After the first court appearance I was in awe of David’s performance. It seemed he knew “The Law” better than anyone else in the courtroom. What was extremely impressive was David’s demeanor and command of the situation. David took the lead, and the court had no choice but to follow. Armed with knowledge and experience my attorney represented me in a very impressive way. I am sure everyone in attendance would agree. The process was much more exhausting than I could have expected. I never thought that we would have to prove my innocence. Not exactly how I thought the system worked. In the end, with David Bruno as my attorney, my case was dismissed. From the beginning, of this process the team explained, the retainer, are the process , court proceedings was explained throughly, the team especially Tricia kept me informed along with her assistant Maura who corresponded with me regularly. This legal team is the best and I would recommend them to anyone who needs compassionate and understanding legal team.

Recently I used the Bianchi law firm to assist me in solving a motor vehicle incident. The attorney Danielle and her assistant Maura took control right away in handling my situation.
