Victor helped us figure out the right strategy for our mom's Medicaid and dad's VA Benefit applications so that our money will last until we are able to get on these programs. He has been a lifesaver. (We are still in the penalty waiting period for Medicaid and waiting to hear from the VA.) It is clear to me Victor really cares and works hard for his clients.
