Best lawyer ever

The lawyers is GREAT! NICE & HELPFUL! But, the secretaries at the front desk are rude. They don't open the door during businesses hours & they close the blinds in your face when your trying to communicate with them about something so simple as to just pick up a certified letter. If the secretaties would pick up there phone and answer it, they would know there are easy cases and fast ones[in & out] to deal with.They don't want to give you the time of day. Not everyone that goes there is for immigrations. The secretaries treat the people outside, as if there dogs. I don't care where you're from or what you do. We're all human ,we bleed the same & needed to be treated with respect. If the office is busy & can't serve anymore people, place a sign on the door stating that you're FULL ,to try again later.

Terrible!! There is no excuse why you can't open the door or answer the phone! If the lawyer is too busy or overwhelmed,it's the secretaries duties to answer phones,take down names and phone numbers and leave messages for the lawyer. When hours are opened for business ,it's the secretaries responsibility to open the door to customers and explain the wait and offer to take down name and number for lawyer to call back or offer them to come at another time due too volume. Extremely unprofessional. No excuses. It doesn't hurt to communicate with people .
