Throw out your preconceived notions and bad lawyer jokes, you won't need to use them at this firm. I have had the privilege of working with Dennis Winegar on my case since 2012! Yes, it took 8 years to resolve my case, but that was because I used him in an advisory role the first few years (as I was a Pro Se litigant), in which we had yearly check in meetings for me to set my case strategy. Once my case became more involved, and filing Pro Se was going to put me in a potential deficit against an adversary attorney, I retained Mr.Winegar, and I could not have made a smarter move. He guided me on strategy and could pretty well advise me with uncanny accuracy how the adversary or Court would react. I ultimately ended up spending thousands less than I would have if Mr.Winegar would have just let me proceed with some of my ideas from years past. HIs experience saved me from a less favorable settlement I would have made for myself as a Pro Se litigant! And, to get down to "brass tacks", what people are worried about when retaining a firm is simple, how much money is this going to cost me. This firm was fair, reasonable and consistent with their billing and hours spent on my case. If you want Professional representation in the NJ/PA area, you are going to want to pay a Professional. In this case, you are getting quality and RESULTS for your money- isn't that what you want from your attorney? Honestly, I feel like I made a friend in Mr.Winegar, he was personable and felt like he actually cared about me as a person, listened to me and got to know me.
