Mr. Rick Yetter is incompetent as an estate lawyer. He failed to deal wisely with the reverse mortgage company, charged 10% of the value of the estate for his services and dragged a small, uncomplicated estate through sixteen months of unnecessary steps and expenses. He made numerous accounting errors and often appeared to not know what he was doing. A heightened sense of aggravation for all of the heirs and especially for myself as executor of the estate.
