Daniel was involved in my case with Kern&Augustine. He served as a counsel to a criminal matter that had impact on my employment. His work mainly consisted of providing over the telephone legal advise to me and to the local counsel I had hired for the criminal matter at that time. I brought Ed Hopkins of Kern&Augustine to fee arbitration because Ed failed to provide appropriate legal advice. In his testimony for the fee arbitration, Daniel was very objective and professional. He described the facts truthfully. My impression of him was positive. I would recommend him to other clients as I know he will treat them in the same fair way he treated me.
