Not professional at all they just waste time until charges as much money as they can.

If you are an existing client, Make sure when you pay ‘the retainer’ to apply it to invoices, because this law firm will charge $6000 retainer and you keep paying invoices. And separate retainer for each claim if you decide to move to other firm they will take the retainer anyway without invoices documentions. They charge my company $41,000 for 3 claims and although it is straight forward lost every single one. Do not get scammed by the digital marketing they do, and their appearance in all conferences, this is the only thing they are good at. When it comes to law service or customer service, you are wasting your money!

This firm does not care about the clients, they care only about paying them.
