Michael P. Otto deserves both our praise and thanks. I don't have one negative comment to make. I had researched my case independently and sought legal advice prior to meeting with Michael. Michael however had the experience that we were looking for. His rates were reasonable. His approach to the situation was somewhat unique in comparison with the others. His results were almost immediate. He is personable and knowledgeable. We were victims of fraud but thanks to Michael we got our money back and can put this episode behind us.

His secretary is one of the least professional people I've ever dealt with. She gave me so much attitude. I would never use this lawyer's services just because of his assistant. RUN AWAY.

Very bad experience with this firm so I am sharing so no one else becomes their victim. They make promises to deliver legal services they are unable too and have ripped me off and continue to ask me for more money outside of our contractually agreed rate. Upon hiring this attorney I clearly asked, "Would there be any costs outside of this fee," and Attorney Mike Otto said himself simply, "no, there will not be." This firm made several mistakes when initially filing a judgment for a verbal business contract valuing 8k, delaying the process by months. His service price was 2k to file and obtain the judgement. This was back in January of 2018. It is currently May of 2021 and I haven't received any documentation about my judgement and anything to get my money back from the court judgement. They pretty much took my money and didn't complete the job. And their office is asking me for more money, outside of our agreed rate due to errors in their initial filing and their hourly charge. Why am I paying for the attorney's mistakes? I still have not received anything back from this process and have worked with a team of very professional lawyers afterwards who are good at what they do, honest, modest and get the job done. Please save your money and find a better attorney.
