just completed my divorce with the representation of Mr. Rasa. He was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied. He's easy to talk to and will guide you through whatever issue you have.

I saw this lawyer in court and he is extremely unprofessional. He didn’t care about his client. The trial went on for several months and he still seemed confused on the sequence of events. His objections in court were essentially always overruled. He made a fool of himself.

Joe has been representing me thru a bankruptcy settlement from my Divorce. My case was not so simple and had many turns along the way, and Joe continued to explain everything the whole way. He was very helpful and got me a great deal in the end. Joe really was able to cut out the Nonsense the other side was trying to drag out and just got the job done fast and efficiently. I came with 3 issues to Mr Rasa 1) Get a TRO and eventually a permanent Restraining Order, 2) Civil Assault and Battery, 3) Consult on DV Criminal Case & related matters. I found Mr Rasa's approach for my unique situation, attention to detail, and flexibility compelling over the other attorneys I had interviewed. He prepped me for the trail, handled the defense attorney brilliantly, and was able to get 6 witnesses to testify despite of multiple re-schedules by the judge. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. After few court appearances it was clear that he had created a win-win situation for me, I had control over my case and was able to select the best outcome for me. Our overall experiance using Joseph M Rasa's services were very good. I do wish that they would get back to you in a more timely manner through email. There were times that we would send emails and would not receive our answer and or an email back letting us know they received it for a couple of days.

It was not easy going through my divorce and Joe was able to guide me through the process and make sure I was covered on all angles. Joe is an excellent professional who genuinely cares about the well being of his clients. Divorce is never easy. Especially with children involved.
