Working with Bindi Patel’s office was an absolute pleasure. I was buying and selling at the same time and such dual transactions are very tricky and one wrong move on either side could jeopardize both transactions. Bindi managed both the deals with utmost urgency and professionalism. At times, there were moments where the other parties on the transactions were playing hard ball, but with deep experience in real estate transactions, Bindi kept tight grip on the situations and navigated her way out well for the clients. Bindi was very responsive whether through email or phone. We feel sincere gratitude towards her as because of her, we were successful in upgrading our home from townhome to single family. We would recommend her to friends and family for all their real estate transaction representations. They will be in safe and professional hands with Bindi having their back.

I just closed my new home with Bindi today. The total end to end experiece was so smooth and pleasant. She took care of every single detail with utmost perfection, negotiating with seller's attorney, working closely with title company, lender and realtor. I had to go through an Use of Occupancy agreement with seller. She helped me document this as a separate agreement with seller covering all possible details. She thoroughly went through all closing documents, patiently answering all my questions. She is extremely knowledgible and very professional. She answered all my emails and phone calls on time. I would strongly recommend her for all legal matters.

We worked with Bindi for our first house. working with her was a pleasure and she comes out as very knowledgeable. I find some of the reviews below a bit odd and some seem to be first time buyers and may not understand that attorneys are busy during the day (closing or other issues that they have to deal) and it is not possible for a successful attorney to return calls/emails immediately. Many of us need instant gratification and in that case Bindi may not be the right one. But for others who want to have a rock solid attorney by their side, who can get closing done on time, write a strong contract, negotiate on your behalf with a cork and screw then you can trust her services. Good attorneys cost dollars, shopping for least expensive is not wisest step. Home purchase is a 30 year financial commitment and for some the biggest financial decision ever. So dont shop around looking for lowest fees. Look for someone who is in business for long, focused on real estate issues, and has aggressive but professional personality. Bindi summed it all for us.

She is incompetent. Not worth the money she charges. Other attorney outsmarted her at every step. I would not hire her again!

I recently hired Bindi when I was buying my first home and I had really pleasant experience with Bindi. She was very professional and attentive throughout the process. After the home inspection she helped me get some credit from seller's side and also had seller to fix certain issues before closing. I would definitely give her more than 5 star if I could.

working with Bindi was an absolute nightmare. Before signing the contract she is all nice and professional but once you sign up you are trapped. She is NEVER available on phone or email .PERIOD. She would only get back after 2-3 days of repeatedly calling. In case you do decide to hire her, please be extremely cautious about the billing rate and hours charged. In our case, the transaction (house purchase) never went past the attorney review and the deal was eventually cancelled. However to our surprise, we received an attorney bill of whopping $ 888.00. Upon inquiring, Bindi claimed that she had worked 3.3 hours @ hourly rate of $ 200.00 and the best part, there was a title cancellation invoice of $ 228! Neither I nor my wife had an inkling why a title check would be requested during attorney review, without our prior knowledge or approval. Especially since title check can be done any time prior to closing. Well, we did challenge the B.S. billing about title check and after several back and forth emails, Bindi finally agrees to waive the title fees (!!). What a scam. To cut the story short, we paid the price for our imprudence, $ 660 for something most attorneys do for free. Again, future clients, please do your homework and don't squander hard earned dollars on unprincipled attorneys like Bindi Patel. If you do have an excess of cash you can always send me some :) or even better do some charity

I wish I could hive her minus 100. She is rude, mean, careless and selfish. More importantly she thinks its ok to just tell her clients that she's "busy" when your deal is going through turbulences by the hour and you need her the most. She won't be there for you even if it costs you thousands of dollars loss. Wish I could sue her but she's a lawyer so she'll find ways to slip out. I second whoever said - Don't trust her with your important transactions and negotiations. She's horrible at it. Loses negotiations most of the time and misrepresents her clients. She is just warming up her chair and trying to make money at somebody's expense.
