I had contacted a few attorneys before I spoke with Hillary. My colleague was very happy with her and recommended me to call her. Hillary did not overpromise. Neither she simplified nor made our case more challenging. She plainly explained me the process, possible options and outcomes. She is knowledgeable, confident, and professional. When it comes to your child you do not want to leave anything to a chance and hiring the right attorney can be crucial. Hillary delivered the result I had hoped for.

We had a very complicated case with our district. We had hired an attorney that was not making any progress, and we were very frustrated, so I went online to a Moms Special Needs site and asked who the best attorneys were that they had worked with. Hillary's name came up more than any. We set up a zoom call, since all this was taking place during Covid. In a little over 3 months, Hillary had our case resolved, without us having to go to court, to our total satisfaction. Believe me, we were up against a strong force but she was an amazing advocate for our son and got our family what we need. She knows the law inside and out. What I love about her is that this kind of law is her passion, and this is what she focuses on - she does not do other types of cases, just those around children with special needs. I hope I never have to use her again, but if I do need an attorney for this type of work, she is the only one I would go to. We wasted so much time, and money, with the first attorney who frankly doesn't hold a candle to Hillary. If you do need an attorney to represent your child with special needs, please give her a call. She is the best!!

This law firm went above and beyond for my son. Hillary and her staff are Professional, compassionate, understanding but most of they become your family in this draining process. I never had a doubt my mind that my son would get the services he needed. What was most important that he received the appropriate out of district placement and education that he deserved!!!. In my experience with the law office, I felt there was inconsistent counsel coupled with unprofessional and reactionary behavior. I strongly urge folks to do your due diligence in finding a lawyer.
