I inquired about a potential discrimination case and was contacted by "Tatiana" who claimed to be the "intake screening" person. She asked me to explain my situation and as I was providing details of my circumstances, she abruptly put me "on hold" for approx 5 minutes and another associate within the firm claimed she "had an emergency" and would call me back! No call back! I find that very unprofessional and frustrating! I get the impression that she was incompetent to understand the complexities of my claim and bailed out on me rather than telling me the firm cannot assist me. Certainly unprofessional on all levels.
