Asked for upfront deposit money without even addressing concern. When their website says clearly that there is no consultation fee even !

I retained them for a straight -forward pre-nup that had simple assets and simple terms. I met with the attorney one time, she took my info and gave me an estimate of $3k for the deliverable. I received the draft in a timely manner, however it was of poor quality as it left quite obvious loopholes that you could drive a truck through. Luckily, these were simple edits which she quickly corrected and I signed the revised draft. However, my bill then showed up and was $4500, a full 50% over budge - with no explanation. When i returned the signed doc to her, I asked her about the overage and she simply stared at me with no response - v weird. I didn't have the time/energy to pursue it further and paid the invoice in full and received a receipt stating so. Subsequently though, I started getting a relentless series of unpleasant calls/invoices from their billing dept, demanding that I add to my retainer, which made no sense since the matter was closed and fully paid. So I contacted the attorney who said she would fix the problem, which she didn't. This went on for quite some time, with me repeatedly calling the attorney and the billing department, none of whom could or would fix the problem. I ultimately had to track down the CFO of the firm, who did finally get it stopped. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming and unprofessional. I can't recommend the firm.

My husband and I worked with Kathryn Lyons for couple months on an extremely dire issue that needed professional expertise and insight. We cannot speak enough on her work ethics. She was extremely professional, thorough, never rushed us but always steered us towards a good outcome. She asked about our expectations and worked with us to deliver on them. She also kept us in the loop throughout the process and copied us on each and every correspondence. We were dealing with a very contentious issue and I cannot thank Ms. Lyons enough for what she has done for us; what we could not do for the last six years! Ms. Lyons presented a very well case on the day of the oral argument, and out of the 12 things we were seeking, she was able to get us 11! This is 91% of what we wanted. The point the judge did not agree to, we can live with. If you want to see results, and a lawyer that actually can get results for you, look no further! You will NOT regret it.
