Recently Declercq Law Firm handled the sale of my mother's home. They were a recommendation from our realtor and turned out to be a top notch firm. They provided continued communication throughout the process, and were always available by phone to any questions and concerns as needed. We found them to be extremely professional; they stayed on top of the sale (that had some unexpected challenges) every step of the way. I would certainly use them for any real estate transaction down the road and highly recommend this firm. Very attentive, you won't be disappointed!

Our experience with Declercq Law Firm was for a real estate transaction. From the first communication to the last, they were nothing but professional and helpful. We primarily communicated with Lindsay, Emily's paralegal. Lindsay was always quick to respond to questions, kept us informed of all matters that needed action in a timely manner, and has a super personality, so easy to work with. When we had issues with the buyers and their counsel, Emily was tough and pushed back on our behalf without question. When selling a home can be stressful, Emily and Lindsay made the legal aspect much less so, which was a great relief.
