Lindsay buszko is awsome, the staff are very nice, understanding also supportive, they went beyond what I expected in the services they provided for me and my sister, lindsay took her time to explain things to us when we didn't understand, she made sure we didn't get stressed out with our situation, she took care of everything, I will always be grateful to her and the Declerq law firm. You can't go wrong choosing them!!!

I would never use any other law firm. From beginning to end you are made to feel like The most important client they have. Lindsay responds to emails immediately, and is never to busy to help with any question you have. The guidance they provide is top notch. We have used them for the sale of our house and the purchase of another. My mom has used them for the purchase of her house. Honestly, I can not stress enough how amazing everyone there is. There is always so much paperwork and documents that it becomes very stressful. Lindsay took all the stress out of it! She walked us through every step, explained every detail, and made sure we were always kept informed of what was happening. Their motto is they want to be your lawyer for life, and they truly are ours!

Emily and Lindsay were so great to work with during the purchase of our home-- they came highly recommended through our lender, and I'm thankful for the referral, as they were highly communicative, timely, and organized, during a process that can be quite stressful and sometimes lag if not all parties are as organized. I truly love this law firm and my lawyer Misty. It's been a long road and I have been overwhelmed and scared and generally avoidant of all the unpleasant aspects of achieving a divorce in a high conflict situation. Misty is a saint for putting up with me :) I know lawyers aren't therapists but dang she is the closest you can get to that. She is also an extremely great lawyer and communicates well throughout the process. She explained stuff to me which helped a lot so I understood my options. She pushed to get me the best situation I could get in the end. I felt like she had my back the whole time and I never doubted that she was doing the best she could navigating the Family Court system for me. She draws on years of experience and that is evident. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.

I was grateful and and impressed by the professional and conscientious way the Mr. Brusca treated me when I approached him to handle a relatively minor matter on behalf of my late mother. Rather than simply dismissing me because his firm didn't handle the type of work I needed, he gave me detailed advice on how best to proceed with my claim. Although his advice has been invaluable to pursuing my claim, he refused to bill me for the 15-20 minutes he spent with me. I hope I never have another situation where someone I love has been mistreated by an institution but, if I ever do, I know where to turn for help. Thanks again Mike, to you and your wonderful staff!

Absolutely amazing customer service at this law firm. Emily and Lindsay handled our real estate transaction flawlessly.
