Great experience with Hanan Isaacs. He is well versed in employment contracts, particularly non-compete clauses. He is thorough in his research and genuinely cares about his clients. He is straight forward when advising what possible outcomes could be. In addition, he has a great sense of humor, which helps with stressful situations.

It is so rare to find a lawyer who combines a sophisticated knowledge of the law with warm and empathetic capacity to listen to a distressed client presenting with an acute legal matter. I see myself as fortunate to have met Mr Issacs ,and I have the highest confidence in his integrity and professionalism.

Mr. Hannah, not you but the customer decides the quality of your work. Additionally, majority of the reviews on google came after my honest opinion of your work. Those from your friends? Mr. James Avallone is probably a husband or a relative to your associate Misty A. V. Avallone. Can you name who actually were your clients? I had very bad experience with this lawyer. His firm overcharged me by more than 1000 $ on a simple Settlement agreement and did not want to provide any billing information when I asked why he charged me more than projected (verbally and even his retainer agreement stated this). Hanan became very arrogant and defensive and threatened me that he will drop my case. Finally, I had to hire a different lawyer and was actually very happy with it, because Hanan M. Isaacs' firm is not attentive to the details and created multiple mistakes in my Settlement agreement. During the process of the Settlement creation, those errors were found by me and had to be corrected by Isaacs' office. Additionally, Settlement created by Isaacs' office was not complete and new lawyer had to add multiple clauses to protect me (and my wife) better. Additionally, new firm's rates are more reasonable and they provide billing information without me requesting it.

I worked with two other experienced lawyers for my post-divorce case before working with Hanan and Misty. The first seemed capable and impressive, but soon passed me off to his less-experienced associate who gave me no real counsel or information to make my decisions. I felt like I was driving with a passenger in the back seat. The second gave sound counsel and was attentive at first, but soon become very unresponsive. Even opposing counsel couldn't get a hold of him. I can only surmise that he was buried under the work that comes with running a sole practice (he had no associates) or he was dealing with personal matters. I was so desperate at this point that I was ready to forego counsel altogether and let the cards fall. That's when I serendipitously met Misty, who happens to live in my town, through our local copy center. When I sat with Hanan and Misty, it was like a breath of fresh air. They really listened to me, they really got where I was coming from and understood that there is a lot to unpack with divorce law. It's not like patent law; it's sticky and tangled. And they were willing to put in the hard work to unravel it WITH me. They emphasized that we were working on a team. I felt like I had control and power in my decision-making, and simultaneously like I was being wisely advised and directed. They are also on top of things, have the legal answers to your questions, and are tough when called for. I felt quite intimidated by the communications from my ex and opposing counsel, but several times they swooped in with firm words in rebuttal. I felt like I had true protection. Now all this being said, we all worked very hard on this case--very hard, and for the most part it didn't turn out in my favor, but there are many factors that go into the outcomes of legal cases. I know from my experiences with other lawyers and the difference with Misty and Hanan that I got some of the best counsel out there, and I feel good that I gave it my all. I would definitely use them again.

What seemed to me to be a complicated case finally came to a close with a successful outcome. Mark Davis was diligent, perseverant and focused on my case and he was certainly compassionate and patient with me where and when needed. He is very intelligent and highly knowledgeable of all of the legal facts and nuances that emerged throughout the lengthy case period. While the circumstances that forced me to initiate the legal process I would not wish upon anyone, Mark was my legal partner all the way and I thank him for his attention and commitment.

Mr. Isaacs was referred to me by another attorney whom after understanding my case told me he is the best for LTD cases. He was out of my immediate area but after the recommendation he was given, felt it was worth a consultation. He was thorough, kind and spot on with his recommendations and analysis of my particular situation. I knew my case (an appeal) was going to be difficult at best.
