Emily and Lindsay facilitated a 15-day home purchase for us, our first in NJ. Their seamless guidance and responsiveness to our questions provided reassurance throughout the process.

Emily and her paralegal Lindsay were prompt and patient with us as first-time homebuyers. At our initial consultation meeting with Emily, we felt heard, had plenty of time to ask all of our questions, and never felt rushed. Lindsay was a rock star throughout the process — communicating promptly and clearly, coordinating with all the parties involved in the transaction, and jumping in when corrections were needed. A month and a half after we closed, there was an issue with some paperwork due to a miscommunication between our townhome's property manager and the title company, and even then Lindsay promptly responded to our emails to make sure the situation was resolved. Both us and our real estate agent thought her pricing was reasonable, the work was solid, and we would not hesitate to Declercq Law Firm again.
