My Fiancé and I worked with Declercq Law Firm for the purchase of our first home. Emily & Lindsay were supportive and reassuring through the entire process. We had a few difficult situations with the seller which were all quickly resolved. Toward the end of the process there was a concern our closing date would need to move due to complications on the seller’s end. Emily and Lindsay made every effort to ensure we closed on time (which we did) and we greatly appreciated all their hard work. They were always diligent about communicating with all parties and willing to answer our calls and many questions, sometimes multiple times a day! They accomplished all of this between the winter holidays of Thanksgiving and the New Years which shows their dedication and commitment to their clients.
