We engaged Sabina Dhillon's Firm for a Real Estate Transaction on the recommendation of our Real Estate Agent. On Paper it should have been a simple transaction but it wasn't. There were legal challenges which were met Head-On and Resolved. All these were handled Professionally by Sabina. Took time to explain, in-depth. Kept me informed every step of the way. Constantly fought for my side with realtors and bankers while they got impatient, agitated for whatever reason. Over and above general matters, I also took her advice which she readily provided whether to go for inspection or not to, etc., etc. She made me feel *special*. The fees are reasonable.
