When first meeting Erica Shnayder, she was very conserned with helping me and collecting as much information as possible. Through out the experience she was easy to reach and responsive . She is in it to genuinely help you yet very professional . Erica is also reliable and makes you feel comfortable. She has a calm, collective , amazing personality and I would recommend her to anyone!

I was referred to this firm by a previous client they had represented. I was fortunate in being assigned to Bryan S Arce who resolved my legal matter quickly. I had never been involved in any type of legal issue until this and I was extremely sensitive and nervous about the process. Bryan made sure I understood the entire process and answered all my questions. If I emailed his office or called his office, Bryan responded promptly. He never once rushed me or made me feel like I had “dumb” questions. Bryan would take all the time, I felt I needed to understand where the case currently was at that time. Every step of the process was explained honestly and in detail. Bryan provided a perfect balance of professionalism, confidentiality and caring. The services I received from Greg Krischenbaum was more than I could ask for. From the moment I met Greg he was super professional, he always replied back to me in less than an hour; the most I've ever had to wait for a response was a day. Greg was very sympathetic and very honest with me throughout the entire process of us working together. I was always greeted with a smile and always offered something to drink. After an initial conversation over the phone the attorney contacted me several times to handle my case . I felt I could trust him since he provided en example from his own life experience. The big negative, is his poor response times. It is virtually impossible to get him either on his direct number or office number. When he left for vacation i was not informed. It sure did give me lots of additional anxiety when I was not able to contact him and get a timely response. Had to fire this attorney, but unfortunately for me it was to late on my case. I can not recommend this attorney.
