My family had a terrible experience with this firm. A family member of mine choose to be represented by this attorney on an immigration case. When my family tried speaking to the attorney about how the case was proceeding we were told it was only appointment based. When it came time to speak to the attorney by appointment as requested by the office and the attorney she would not want to speak to us. She would send her paralegals to discuss and try to resolve our concerns. Also the office was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to a family by telling her in the lobby in front of other clients that there is nothing the office can do he was already in jail. The attorney presented two applications to the court completely incorrect that did not apply to his case. Because of this error and lack of attention my family member almost got deported. My family obtained a different attorney and they went to there office to get their money back. The firm never returned the money back. The case was resolved and fixed thanks to the other attorney. My family will be filling out a formal complaint about and submit the proofs that we have. We are one of several families who has had a bad experience with this office. Sitting down waiting for an appointment to “speak” to the attorney a family came in advising that their loved ones were deported because of their errors.

Had an appt for 11:30 and was seen 1 hr and 1/2 later to spend but 10 min with the lawyer.. i guess wait was good because they gave us hope.

She helped me legalize my father , if ur on time with ur payments she will make things happen for you I left things paid off , she told us 6 months or so and in less then 6 months I get a call to pick up my fathers I.d . She is great very nice and she makes sure all questions are answered . Thank you anayancy for your help my family and I are very grateful for your help and support ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good customer service and very organized

So far, so good! I just started an immigration case at Anayancy R. Housman, Law Firm and I think would be fare to rate as progress it... Consultation is short but knowledgeable to the point. In my case helpful, friendly and reasonable priced. Service is fine and process is about average so far. I would update it ....
