Janet is the consummate professional. She was 100 percent dedicated to us when we purchased our home. She was available at all hours and never handed us off to a secretary or paralegal like we have experienced in the past. Janet is attentive and made the process of purchasing our home smooth. Janet is amazing!! Available all hours and so detailed in all her review of all areas of the transaction from contract from getting us from contract to closing. We closed on time as closely as possible, but delays were due to our lender. Recommend 100%.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home. Our realtor had recommended Janet to us as our attorney during this process. From the minute she came on to work with us, Janet was a huge help. We were nervous going into the home buying process as it was, so having Janet walk us through each part and explain what was best for us, was very reassuring. We hired Janet to handle the closing of our home in Aug 2015. It was unusual in that the buyers had insisted on a 2 week closing timeframe which seemed impossible at the time.. Janet made this happen in spite of vacation plans and we closed in the required 2 weeks.
