Durable power of Attorney were set up for my wife and myself along with an Advance Directive for Health Care for each of us. The process was two extensive personal meetings. At the end my wife and I felt very comfortable that our assets were well protected and that the process of distribution of our remaining wealth would not be a burden to our survivors.
