Took good care of my business sale and transaction

Unprofessional, unethical, and my dog could do a better job representing me in Court. They all should have their law licenses taken away. Do yourself a favor, go to a real attorneys office.

We worked with Daniel Benkendorf for our mortgage. He was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the entire process. I don’t want to move ever again, but if I ever do, I will definitely go to Dan again.

After my divorce lawyer moved out of state, I found another female lawyer. She was horrible and never did any of the filing or paperwork(despite what she told me). I was looking for a male lawyer and my daughter had found Alix Claps on Facebook Mom group. Alix said that if I preferred, there were male lawyers in the firm and we made an appointment to meet. I was doubtful but Alix was professional and I couldn't believe how fast and thorough she was in filing, returning calls, emails etc. She has a great personality and is so easy to work with. The office looks like what a lawyers office should look like and the staff is friendly I am very happy to know Alix and would highly recommend her to anyone

Working with Daniel Benkendorf on the purchase of my first home was a great experience. He was accessible for all my questions big and small. Really felt like I had someone in my corner...an advisor...someone I could trust through the whole daunting process. I look forward to working with Dan again in the future. A+ experience

The people at Heymann and Fletcher were the most down to earth and understanding people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. The helped with my problem so quickly and efficiently and were legitimately "on my side" throughout. I consider dan a friend and will always go to him with any legal problems in the future, knowing he will take the best care of me or direct me to the person that will. Client for life.

This law firm does sloppy work. I hired them to represent me in a legal matter. They were often late to court proceedings and were always unprepared. They made a lot of mistakes and were unprofessional at times. Most of the time my attorney could not remember the details of my case and I had to constantly remind him about important dates and times. It was embarrassing. I did very poorly in court because of them. These attorneys do not have their clients best interest in mind. I do not recommend them.

I regret ever hiring this Law Firm. They did a horrible job with my case. They let it drag on for years. Court dates were constantly being pushed back to accommodate Ron Heymann’s numerous vacations. Important dates and times were wrongly printed on court documents. Details were overlooked and ignored. Money was waisted on unnecessary witnesses. Mistakes were constantly being made. When I questioned Ron about all of this, he brushed it off as normal and said none of it mattered in the end. Well it must have mattered because I lost. I had a solid case and I still managed to loose because Ron was too busy golfing to put any effort into my case. He didn’t care how the result would impact my life. I am writing this in hopes I can prevent another person from making the same mistake as I did.

One sided. Didnt care about statutory factors. Only wanted agreement based upon "typical outcomes". My case is not typical. No consideration for such.
