To say I've been in a contentious divorce over the past three and a half years would be an understatement! A more accurate description would be that I've been in hell for 3 and a half years! I reached out to Mr. Nicholas not expecting much, as my experience thus far with members of the Legal community, not so great. However, to my surprise, I spoke directly with Mr. Nicholas, who offered very sound advice much needed at this juncture of my divorce proceedings; dealing with the 12 closely held corporations of my soon to be Ex, and trying to figure out the best path for my daughter and me to secure our future and keep a roof over our heads! Even though my soon to be ex's closely held corporations do over Two Hundred Million dollars in revenue annually, my home is currently 8 months behind in mortgage payments, I know it's hard to even wrap your head around how that could be possible....
