No matter how you cut it, divorce is a very sad event especially when kids are involved. The no fault state of NJ basically cares about who worked and who stayed home, not why the divorce is happening. Everything becomes an asset, even the kids. It is really sad and horrifying when the goal of having children is to make them the focus, not ourselves, too give them a better life then we had and to do everything we can as their parents to ensure they are set up for success. Irene and her team not only know the laws and are beyond thorough to protect you financially as much as they can within the courts, they also understand that the kids are people and Irene with her team work hard to put the kids in the best position of a bad situation.
