Edward A. Wojciechowski, Esq., and his firm truly saved my case—and, most importantly, my daughter’s well-being. My previous attorney was pressuring me to settle for 50/50 custody with my narcissistic, abusive ex. When Edward took over for the plenary hearing, he guided me step by step through the process of proving why my ex should not have custody. His thoroughness, expertise, and attention to detail made all the difference, helping me demonstrate that full custody with me—and limited visitation for my ex—was in my daughter’s best interest. I am beyond grateful for his dedication and support.

They have people fill out an extensive questionnaire to weed out potential clients they seem undesirable and unworthy of their representation, then tell you "We are at our case volume currently." Lol. Really? If that were true, then why not just say so to begin with. No. That's a fraudulent response that translates to: you're too poor or in a situation (like a marriage involving possible domestic violence) for me to waste my time with. I can only be bothered with easy cases with lots of cha-ching $$$. Sad.

Mrs. Mccaskill, Jennifer has been nothing but lovely to me and helped me out when I needed it the most. I’ve had several up-and-down situations with navigating through sticky custody situations , trying to get advice even recently even though , she was my lawyer in my final divorce case in 2018. She still continues to be a wonderful support and unbelievably knowledgeable on all aspects of Monmouth County court system, She is also very empathetic person, that has nothing but the best intentions for her clients!!!! It was my first time ever having to get a lawyer and go to Family Court to be able to see my children. My lawyer was Cadence Hulmes and she is the best. At first it was a little scary I guess because I didn’t really know what to expect but in the end everything worked out just like she told me it would.
