I cannot praise this firm enough. I was looking for a reputable law firm back in May of 2019 to represent me in a wrongful termination lawsuit. I really wasn't familiar with any lawyers in New Jersey, having moved from NY in 2018. So I did what many people do....I read reviews. I was impressed and decided to move forward. Well, 1 1/2 years later, my case has settled and I am ecstatic with the outcome, not only from a financial aspect, but also emotionally. It was very important for the defendants to own what they did wrong and to feel a pinch in their wallets. First let me say that every single person I had contact with at McOmber was truly a professional, however I need to especially mention three (3) people. Peter Valenzano is by far the best attorney I have ever worked with. Professional, thorough, compassionate and understanding. And even when he had to back me down a bit, because I can be abrasive at times, he did so in a very subtle, gentle way. He was like a prize fighter in the ring, when it came to mediation and he didn't stop until he got the best result for me. I can't thank him enough. Armen McOmber prepared me for my deposition and I admit that he ruffled my feathers a bit. However, I came to find out that he did what he needed to do in order for me to handle myself well during what could have been a very tense and trying deposition. And I did just that! Got thru it like a champ, but I couldn't have done so without his guidance. I would also like to thank Emily Johnson, who very promptly and thoroughly navigated all necessary paperwork that was required for my case. She communicated with me in a very responsive manner and even provided a few laughs when needed the most. All in all, it was a wonderful job that McOmber, McOmber & Luber did for me and I can't recommend them enough.
