My divorce was very complicated and Steve spent a lot of time helping me work through it. Whether it was on the phone or face to face. He is very knowledgeable and practical and always had my best interest at heart. His advice was always on point and I trusted the direction he would take me in. He was proactive in bringing things to my attention that I wasn't always thinking about, which helped me to make better decisions. Steve was really wonderful to work with and his office staff was very nice as well.

Divorce was scary and uncertain for me. My divorce was handled quickly and efficiently. My phone calls were returned. The office staff was professional.

Well, I was in a real jam when Mr. Monaghan came to my rescue. Mr. Monaghan was representing me, as a court appointed attorney & I still felt like I was getting top shelf representation. Mr. Monaghan spent a lot of time with me face to face & via phone conversation to make sure he understood my case. He showed a deep & focused interest in my case & the serious situation/matter I was facing. He was extremely attentive, caring, supportive, took time to listen - Most importantly, he was highly experienced & took the time to explain how things worked & what was most important to focus on. He took additional time to make sure I understood exactly what I was facing/dealing in layman's terms/lingo. Mr. Monaghan made me feel calm & reassured in that I was getting the best representation I could possibly have, regardless of the fact that Mr. Monaghan was representing me Pro-bono because I couldn't afford to pay for representation. I have dealt with many attorney's for many other less important reason in my lifetime, in addition to another experience with a court appointed attorney, that I was very unsatisfied with, but Mr. Monaghan was a huge surprise/relief to me, by far & the best attorney I have ever had in my corner! I don't give out good ratings easily, let alone a five star rating. In Closing, Put your trust/life in Mr. Monaghan's hands & believe me, you will not be sorry-It will be the best decision you ever made...There is a very good reason why Mr. Monaghan is rated a Super-Attorney...Case Closed!
