I’ve worked with Rich for years! He’s professional and on top of the deal all throughout the process. And he’s an attorney that if you call he picks up immediately or calls you back right away. He explains everything to the borrowers and is the glue to keep the deal going and getting to the closing table. He treats everyone like family.

I hired Sanvenero & Cittadino to help with a case of fraud. Joshua Sklarin was assigned to my case and I must say I received top notch service. Joshua replied to my emails in an extremely timely manner, took my phone calls and was relentless when it came to staying on top of the other sides attorney. Naturally they attempted to play many games but Joshua seemed to always a step ahead.
I would highly recommend the team at Sanvenero & Cittadino. I hope I'll never need them again but if I do I know where I'm going.
