Scott did a tremendous job in representing our case (on behalf of my mother) against a Doctor for medical malpractice. She fell victim to this doctor's life altering error in judgement. Scott was referred to me by another attorney who represented me in my business dealings. Although my emotions ran high during the whole process, Scott's expertise in Medical Malpractice, including his ability to locate and engage expert witnesses, prevailed in keeping focus on the facts of the case and the reality of the strength of our case. The case dragged on nearly 8 years before we finally had a court date scheduled, nearly a year beyond my Mom's death. Although we ended up "settling" I feel there was justice for my Mom in the end. Scott's financial negotiation skills during the settlement process were equally on point with his legal skills throughout the whole process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Scott C. Arnette to represent my interests again, if necessary, or anyone's. He did a great job!
