Thomas Martin helped me greatly in my case with a bicyclist in my town who has punched kicked and broken mirrors off of vehicles. This bicyclist has been a nuisance in my town for a long time now. Thomas was able to navigate me through the court system with a favorable outcome for myself. He was an absolute professional who will return your call and take a whole hearted interest in your case. In my opinion some lawyers today treat you as you are just another number. If you want results and a lawyer who cares about his clients Thomas Martin is the lawyer to contact. I personally can’t thank him enough.

Mr. Martin was retained to represent my disabled step-son who was served with a restraining order by his disabled roommate. Tom was everything I could have wanted from an attorney. He explained in detail what was happening at the court house. After the case was decided I had a follow up question. I contacted Tom and he quickly called me back and was able to provide the answer I needed with a very thorough explanation.

Regardless of offense, nailing a quality lawyer can be like playing Russian roulette with your future depending on your charges. I had never dealt with a legal matter as severe as what I was facing and the pending case caused me to lose my job. I don’t even know how to express our gratitude for what Atty Tom Martin did for our son, and for our entire family. We never expected the outcome Tom was able to negotiate, and we still don’t know how he managed it. Our son was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct - charges that, if he were convicted, would have dire consequences for him professionally.
