It could be I am in the minority. I didn't not feel well taken care. I didn't feel the tram had my best interest at heart, nor did I feel they put much effort into learning discrimination law. I was yelled at over the phone by one of the partners who brought politics into the conversation, I had to hang up and then did not hear from them for weeks. I am not confident much work was put into my case as they expected it to settle. I now realize the 40% of the total settlement was absolutely not fair nor appropriate given the lack of work put in by their team. Several instances my phone call notes did not match with the firm said they stated. Even asked if I could bring. Support person it was told no, breaking the client attorney privilege and compared to patient/physician privilege which I never had an issue with. Walking into the settlement conference I had more documents printed and organized than they did. I had to repeatedly ask for items they should have been included with the settlement. I had to argue for these items to be included with the settlement. And to top it off I heard no less than 4 tines if I would write a review. Twice while walking out of the court house. And again over follow up emails. I would not recommend this law firm and if you do use them don't agree to a 40% cut if you don't go to trial. They did no work leading up to settlement conference.
