My husband and I worked with Mary Ellen on the buying/selling of homes this past year. This process can be quite stressful, but Mary Ellen's knowledge and expertise helped us to feel secure in our purchase. One of our transactions took place without real estate agents. When we had a complicated commercial property sale, we hired Mary Ellen to represent us. Her expertise, attention to detail and negotiation skills were outstanding. If I could give this group many more stars, I would. I have been represented by Ms Marcie Kuttner Werner through a very ugly divorce. Her solid knowledge paired with calm demeanor and excellent negotiating skills, have always made me know I will get all my rights. Even after signing a settlement, she has stayed responsive every time I reach out and is working hard to ensure all the details of the settlement are executed. This man got me zero points I was doing 88 in a 40 and got a ticket dismissed Erick I must say you are the man let’s not forget my car insurance will stay the same if that’s not an early Christmas gift then I don’t know what is no gimmicks and yes I’m writing a lot because I’m beyond happy if you don’t use Erik aretsky your a fool read again what I wrote and read it slow no points !
