Mr. Donahue work till the very end with our case. I thankful he took our case. He specializes in domestic violence and understands that at times family court could be difficult. There is no such thing as an easy case or standard case. I think we prove it with ours. However, he help us get a rightful verdict. I truest recommend him!

I chose Mr. Donahue because of his credentials—-Georgetown Law School, trial certified, knowledge of the law and experience. But I am simply impressed with his human quality in reaching out for clients like me. I can be very demanding at times and I take it out on my attorney when things do not go my way. However, Mr. Donahue never took it personally when I took out my frustrations of waiting in court rooms, mean judges and aggressive adversaries on him. I relied on his strength, when I could not see my children due to a false FRO from my ex-husband trying to get an upper hand on custody. I even cried on his shoulders some days. He got it. But he remained confident and steadfast. And eventually won on appeal where not only we were able to get the entire FRO dismissed but the Appeals court decided unanimously that my ex cannot bring up these frivolous charges again, ever! Joe Donahue represented my son recently on some serious charges. When we first met with Mr. Donahue, we had already retained another attorney and the court proceedings had already began. I was basically told by our current attorney that there wasn’t much more he could do other than to wait and see if his case was going to go before the grand jury, which after doing my own research, I realized this is not where we should be headed because more than likely he would have been indicted. As a mother, I was devestated, angry, and disgusted! I knew it was time to seek counsel elsewhere. Mr. Donahue came highly recommeded by another great attorney that wasn't able to take his case. From the initial meeting with him, myself and my son felt comfortable and relaxed with him as an attorney and as a person! He asked in depth questions and answered any and all questions we had. By the time we left that first meeting, I retained Mr. Donahue and for the first time since this nightmare began, felt a slight sigh of relief and had a some what more positive outlook. In my opinion, he went above and beyond for my son. He kept me abreast of every step of the way and if I didn’t understand something, he always took the time to explain it to me thoroughly. If there was something he didn’t like about what was going on from the prosecution side, he had no problem challenging it. I am happy to say that he got my son a better deal than we thought possible. Back in June my 17 years old son was charged with 1st degree armed robbery. He also had few more charges 2nd 3rd and 4th degree. My son turned 18 in August & the Prosecutor wanted to try him as an adult. I THOUGHT OUR LIFE'S WAS OVER.
