Throughout my case, he was always very quick to respond, made himself available during times that most would consider before leaving his office and always patient in explaining the status and details/developments of my case.  Upon settlement of my case, I felt that it was a fair settlement amount and that Mark McBratney did everything in his power to ensure this process had truly been as smooth and comfortable as possible.
