The entire experience was as good as bankruptcy can be. I was warmly received and taken care of with the utmost respect. Susan has the perfect balance of competence and warmth towards her clients. Both educating them on the process and providing piece of mind that bankruptcy is NOT the end of the world. I would recommend Susan to any of my clients, friends and colleagues. Hopefully they will never have to endure bankruptcy. I have run into some financial difficulties recently and I had a default judgment on my credit reports. I sought help from Susan and I am very pleased that I did! I was in good hands every step of the way! Susan is very knowledgeable and responsive. I had many questions before and during the proceedings. I was pleased with how Susan answered all questions promptly and thoroughly. She was more than willing to walk me through the process step-by-step. She worked wonders even with an opposing law firm that was quite difficult to work with. Trying to work with them was quite difficult for me, but she made negotiations seem easy.
