Michael Meliti is an outstanding attorney. He has handled tenant issues and rental lease agreements for our church for several years. Michael Meliti has done an estate will, living will, facilitation of property transfer and change of beneficiaries for my family. He and his staff have always been courteous, prompt, and have consistently gotten us prompt results, and always go the extra mile for us. Mike Meliti is a caring attorney who really helped us navigate the family court system. We've encountered enough sleazy lawyers to know that Mike is different. He was honest about what can and cannot be accomplished in court, and even advised us on how to avoid excessive legal costs by doing certain steps ourselves. Mike helped us develop a strategy that was fair but aggressive, and which ultimately succeeded in exposing the falsehoods that were presented by my ex-husband and his attorney. It is great to know that ....real lawyers still exist in a corrupt legal system. Family Court is a place I wish no other to be in. I recently handed over a case I had attempted to battle on my own for three years over to this firm and I have never felt so protect and at peace. Michael, helped me with writing a legal document pertaining to the legality of a loan that I had co-signed with another individual. Now that the venture was dissolving a document was needed that would protect my rights and be fair to the other individual. Not only did he provide the perfect legal document his personal touch made the process easier and less worrisome than it could have been.
