Moira is an incredibly smart, savvy, knowledgeable and most personable attorney. She not only was my divorce attorney in 2014 and walked me through the whole process with no worries, she was my attorney for my recent property closing. She makes sure you know that she has your back 100% and you have nothing to worry about during the process. She dots every "i" and crosses every "t". I couldn't recommend a better attorney. I retained Moira Tomasella to be my divorce attorney after firing the initial one that I retained who overcharged me and made my case out to be more than it was just to hike up the hourly fees. As soon as Moira Tomasella took my case over everything went smoothly & swiftly and both parties were completely satisfied. The settlement was fair and amicable and she had a way of taking the stress out of the process, even some of the emotional pain & worry. She is a true professional but she comes along with a compassion that I think is rare amongst matrimonial attorneys. I have recommended her to friends of mine with marriage separation issues and in some cases they actually got back together because Moira didn’t push for the process to move forward unless she thought they were truly ready for and candidates for divorce and in other cases she handled friend’s of mine’s divorces fairly and efficiently without unnecessary billed hours which many divorce attorneys manufacture only to hike up their fees. She’s not cheap, but she’s not over priced, she’s affordable and she’s a wonderful person to have in your corner during one of the worst experiences in your life.
