Sobel Han & Cannon is the best law firm you can find around the area. I personally worked with Sam Han, Esq, and he’s thorough, detailed, and caring. He easy to be reached out to when you have questions, and provides answers that best meets on your behalf. After all, lawyers are there to facilitate discussions between two parties. I dealt with him on a few different occasions over the years, including real estate transactions and business negotiations. I expected real estate discussions to be a everyday/BAU, but Sam somehow exceeded expectations to another level. Even the seller’s realtor was surprised how much Sam has negotiated on my behalf in the back, even without my knowledge. Then for the business negotiations, Sam went through the seller’s contract (50+ pages) and negotiated that fits best for my business. For one, seller’s attorney had our business name wrong (!), which should be the most basic thing to get right on a contract, and even fixed the basic spelling errors throughout the contract. I’m unsure why the seller chose such attorney to work with. 😓 I highly recommend this lawfirm for any legal needs.
