I know from research and my friends experiences that most personal injury cases can take years. Mr. Perez initially stated that he could resolve my case quickly, because of the "threshold", and true to form he delivered and I had a check in the mail in little over one year only, just in time for Christmas. He is excellent and highly experienced.

Mr. Perez is pleasantly honest, doesn't play games with the Court or with his clients. Where other lawyers tell you what you want to hear, Mr. Perez tells you what you have to hear. He knows the Courts, he knows people, and he knows problems. In my case, I appreciated his tenacity, knowledge, and his willingness to seek out the truth without shenanigans. Highly recommend.

I had a third degree case and prior conviction. I was facing more than five years of prison. I posted bail but then I missed a Court date and was incarcerated. I then decided to hire Mr. Perez. I thought I would have to post bail for a second time. Not with Mr. Perez. He went to Court with me and had me released ROR without bail! Then, he resolved my case so that all charges would be dismissed after I completed a special program! This was incredible since, because of my prior convictions, I thought I did not qualify for dismissal. But Mr. Perez somehow got me dismissal! Thank you very very much!
