Mr. Haghi is a wonderful attorney. He helped our family to be able to stay our home and stop foreclosure. We bought a house for way too much and had a very bad loan and fell behind on our mortgage payments after health problems and because my husband lost his job. We tried very hard to come up with a solution but the bank refused to work with us. The bank representatives would call my husband and I constantly, and the stress was affecting my family. Our loan even got sold to a different bank at least 3 times adding to all the stress and confusion. When Mr. Haghi began representing us, the calls stopped and we were able to finally breathe. He made us feel protected and kept the bank from bothering us. He fought the bank in court and handled our loan modification applications. Mr. Haghi was able to get the bank to negotiate and FINALLY offer a loan modification which was AFFORDABLE. I am happy to be able to highly recommend Mr. Haghi to anyone looking for help with a foreclosure or loan modification.

Mr. Haghi is a caring and helpful lawyer who I recommend highly and without reservation. He walked me though a difficult situation and helped me keep my house. I had fallen behind on my mortgage after a divorce. I wanted to keep the house but needed a loan modification in order to do so. I found Mr. Haghi through Avvo and he immediately contacted the bank to stop the foreclosure sale. He handled the complex loan modification because it involved removing my ex from the loan. Long story short, Mr. Haghi got me a GREAT loan modification and I am happily in my home over a year later. I recommend him highly!!

As a former client of Mr. Perez I was very disappointed for his unprofessional service. I had to hire another attorney to represent me in my case, due to his negligence. I ended up going over my budget and getting the headache of being ignored by him. Mr. Perez is negligent and very dishonest. I strongly not recommend his service to anyone.
