Mr. Haghi represented us at our closing and was provided to us via Fazzio Law Offices who we had been working with to resolve our ongoing dispute with our financial institution. Mr. Haghi was very professional and supportive in ensuring our closing went smoothly which it did and we are extremely grateful for his efforts.

I never thought I would have faced the possibility of losing my family's home. However, after unexpected medical costs, that's where I was. From 2010 to early 2016, I engaged in many efforts to try to get my loan modified, without success. My bank would not review my loan modification applications, would request duplicate documents over and over, would claim they never received documents, and would give denials without any explanation. Simultaneously, my bank pushed ahead with the foreclosure in court to the point where I was facing a possible final judgment. It was then that I found Fazzio Law Offices. Once the court was made aware of my bank's conduct, my bank changed gears and finally began to cooperate. Within three months, I was offered an excellent loan modification after nearly 6 years of trying to get one! Zubin Haghi and everyone at Fazzio Law worked hard to defend my foreclosure case and always with a clear goal in sight, to save my house. Their experience and dedication was evident in the results: after they put pressure on the bank on the litigation side, they aggressively pursued the loan modification and were able to get me a great offer, which I accepted. They stopped the foreclosure and allowed me to save my home. I highly recommend them to any homeowner who wants to do the same!

My experience with Fazzio Law Offices was excellent. As a practicing attorney myself, I know that not all lawyers are alike! My multi-family home was badly under water and Fazzio Law Offices was able to get me an outstanding loan modification which included much lower monthly payments and a $122,000 principal reduction! Zubin Haghi from Fazzio Law worked closely with me through fighting the bank on the litigation side, filing motions, demanding discovery, and helping to push through my modification application. Zubin was always available to answer my questions and kept me informed on where my case was. When I was unfairly denied for a loan modification, Zubin brought the issue to the court's attention and was able to have the review re-opened. After the review was re-opened, I was offered a trial modification and a permanent HAMP modification which offered me exactly what I was looking for: affordable monthly payments, an extremely reduced interest rate (only 2%) and an outstanding principal reduction. I never thought that one day I would be in a Foreclosure, in a nightmare and no where to turn......and then I found John Fazzio Law Firm and I felt safe and confident that there would be a ray of light ahead.
