This is a great law firm. The lawyer are competent for personal injury cases. One of my relatives was in a bus accident. The lawyers provided great services. The settlement was better than expected.

I hired the firm for my accident case, which occurred in 2015-16 and the settlement outcome was satisfactory. Matthew Mendelsohn and Adam Epstein took up the case. Recently, after 5-6 years I received a surprise bill of an outstanding from a service provider for the accident-related services provided to me. After the inquiry, Adam explained that a "Letter of Protection" was issued by the firm to the provider who was not in-network of my insurance, which otherwise took care of expenses by claiming expenditures from the Third Party Insurance of the other party involved in the accident. Due to some reasons, this service provider took time to send the outstanding bills. However, Adam also informed that these types of outstandings are considered "Found Money" for most reasons and can be negotiated to settle bills. Not only he advised, he was gracious and generous enough to offer to negotiate on my behalf, 5-6 years after the case was closed. His gesture was truly appreciated. Adam went on to negotiate a lower amount and saved me money in these challenging times. A Big thanks to him.
