Our experience will Brach Eichler has been great. Everyone involved with our case (Ed Capozzi, Dennis Shlionsky, Keith Roberts, Lisa Cardillo and all administrative staff ) are very professional. Our questions were answered quickly, our concerns were always addressed and we are please with the end result.

During my initial consultation, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Edward Capozzi and Mr. Dennis Shlionsky. I was extremely grateful that they were able to drive to my house for our first meeting because I recently lost my husband and was in no shape to drive. Mr. Capozzi and Mr. Shlionsky were very attentive and so compassionate in discussing the details of my case. It was very hard for me to talk about my husbands accident, but they were extremely patient with me and I could tell that they were truly sympathetic and understanding. I had several phone calls with Mr. Shlionsky. He was always so informative and he gave me excellent advice, always steering me in the right direction. He worked diligently and with determination and always gave me updates on my case. I could definitely tell he cared about my situation and that I wasn't just some number or case file. Mr. Shlionsky is an excellent attorney and a kind, caring man. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Valentina and Silvana. They, along with the attorneys, guided me on what to do and what not to do, which took such a big weight off of my shoulders. I felt, the whole time, that everyone knew what they were doing and that they had my best interests at heart. At the closing of my case, I drove to Brach Eichler to sign paperwork. That is when I officially met Valentina and Silvana. They came into the meeting room I was in to shake my hand and to offer their deepest condolences on the loss of my husband, which meant a lot to me. I highly recommend Brach Eichler to anyone who is in legal need. Everyone I spoke with was informative, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations.

My interactions with Alex Capozzi and Brach Eichler were great. I always got a response, Alex always kept me in the loop, He called me when things werent even going on to see how I was doing, He did everything to the max capacity to get things done for me.

I'm sure that my attorney will respond to this review by stating that he's sorry that I feel the way that I do about my final settlement amount. He is an attorney and knows how to finesse language, as that is part of his job. I was content with the outcome; however, I was originally told that I would receive a higher amount of forty-five hundred dollars. This was stated in a text message correspondence that I later emailed back to him on the firms account to have a paper trail of where the mysteriously missing amount may have gone. This is not to say that this error truly did not occur. After I was told that the accounting/billing department never makes mistakes, I was told that the bill for one of my doctors was not included in the total. Overall, the firm was responsive; however, my attorney did not return my calls in a timely fashion to discuss the amount in detail when I wanted to. I'm sure he will state that he was responsive, which he was, except when I had questions about the new amount. I agreed to the amount and ultimately heard back from him. It was too late, as the new lower amount was already calculated. I did tell him that I would not have agreed to the lower amount and he stated that I did agree during an earlier conversation. Once I was told that I would get the higher amount, I did not expect much less than what I was told. I asked him to consider splitting the difference of the amount lost. He thanked me in a way that I detected as sarcastic indicating that this would not happen. He ultimately itemized the bill as to what was accounted for and pointed out that the person that calculated it forgot to include it in the total--coming from someone that said the department never makes mistakes. It seemed like he was setting the stage to not take responsibility for the lower amount that I was told about, rather scapegoating the person in the accounting department as being new. I will not mention his name, but the firm knows who he is, as this review is linked to them. Again, this is a poor reflection of the firm and the method in which they conduct their accounting. If the firm claims that they do not do this type of business, than I ask them to evaluate how they hire.

I worked with Alex Capozzi and he was professional, knowledgeable and responsive. I would highly recommend this firm.
